RADICI Plastics USA is the American Company of High-Performance Polymers Business Unit of RadiciGroup, one of the world’s leading producers of a wide range of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, engineering plastics, synthetic fibers, with approximately 3.000 employees, and a network of production and sales sites located throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

The Human Resource Director develops plans and coordinates the policies for a variety of HR matters including compensation, benefits, performance, talent, training and compliance. Ensures the legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

The candidate will report hierarchically to the CEO of the Company and functionally to Global HR manager.

The candidate will manage and will develop the HR team of the Company by providing development plan for his/her team members.

 

Responsabilities

 

  • develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, union compliance, talent, mental health, keeping in mind the Business Area guidelines;
  • act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, and development etc;
  • monitor the climate in the Company and be proactive in implementing intitiative for engaging people;
  • supervise the work of HR personnel and administration and provide coaching;
  • be responsible for HR budget by collecting company needs and sharing them at central level, by monitoring the respect of budget in term of investments implementation;
  • serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor union;
  • monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards;
  • guarantee a high level of compliance in coordination with global guidelines;
  • develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation;
  • deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required;
  • anticipate and resolve litigation risks;
  • report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics;
  • implement initiatives to increase the engagment of employees population;
  • implement activities to recruit employees at all the levels;
  • be the referent point for the activities and project issued at Business Area or Global level (Sustainability Report, Budget, Ethic code sharing, cyber security training, HRGo Project);
  • be active part of the Global HR project (SAP platform implementation);
  • guarantee the updating of employee data in all HR system.

 

Competencies

 

  • bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MS//MBA in human resources a plus;
  • five years or more proven experience as a HR manager;
  • excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations;
  • thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices;
  • knowledge of data analysis and reporting;
  • knowledge or experience of HR system (example SAP, Oracle, Worday);
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • diligent and firm with high ethical standards;
  • required/ Preferred Education and Experience;
  • bachelor’s degree 5 or more direct years’ experience as a manager.

 

Work Environment: Hybrid work 2 days per week.
